Sign in and meet the console
Blankitt Privacy is run from the staff console at privacy.blankitt.com. You sign in with your Blankitt account, the same one you use for the Blankitt Portal. If your organisation uses single sign-on, the same SSO applies here.
What you'll see
The sidebar has six areas:
- Dashboard: an at-a-glance view of open requests, what's due soon, and what needs attention today.
- Requests: the full queue. Every privacy request your organisation has received, with status, type, deadline, and assignee.
- My tasks: collection tasks assigned to you personally. Data owners spend most of their time here.
- Reports: volumes, on-time performance, and an exportable SLA compliance report.
- Data sources: the systems that hold personal data, and who owns each one.
- Settings: branding, your privacy notices, team roles, workflow templates, email templates, and audit integrity.
Who should have access
You don't need to give everyone an account. Blankitt Privacy has four roles, from read-only Auditor up to DPO (who can sign off deliveries and change settings). And for the colleagues who own a system but will only ever touch one or two requests a year, you don't need to invite them at all: register them as a contact owner on the data source and they'll receive secure, no-login task links by email when their system is needed.
See the Team roles and access article for the full breakdown.
Next
In the next chapter you'll brand your public intake portal, the page your customers and employees use to submit requests.
