This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Blankitt services, including Blankitt Draw, Blankitt Portal, and Blankitt Agent. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

We want our platform to be safe, reliable, and fair for everyone. If you encounter behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to abuse@blankitt.com.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use our services to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activity
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or our staff
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
  • Collect or harvest personal data from other users without consent

3. Technical Restrictions

You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our services, except where permitted by applicable law
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features or access controls
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access our services without our written permission
  • Deliberately overload, disrupt, or degrade the performance of our services
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation

4. Content Restrictions

You must not upload, store, or share content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or hatred
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains personal data of others without their consent
  • Constitutes or facilitates identity theft or fraud

5. Infrastructure and Network Use

These rules apply particularly to Blankitt Agent and Portal users:

  • Do not use our services to manage endpoints without proper authorisation from the device or network owner
  • Do not use the Agent to conduct network attacks, denial of service, or unauthorised surveillance
  • Do not tamper with Agent telemetry data or attempt to falsify system metrics
  • Do not use our API in a way that exceeds reasonable usage limits or degrades service for other users

6. Fair Use

Our services are designed for legitimate business and personal use. We reserve the right to limit or throttle usage that we reasonably determine to be excessive, automated, or outside the intended purpose of the service.

7. Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this policy, please contact us at abuse@blankitt.com with details of the alleged violation. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Enforcement

We may take any of the following actions if we determine that a violation has occurred:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend access to some or all services
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Remove or restrict access to content that violates this policy
  • Report the activity to relevant law enforcement authorities

The action we take will depend on the severity of the violation, whether it is a repeated offence, and the impact on other users or our services. Where possible, we will provide notice before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect our services or users.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
