What is the daily digest email?

Each morning, Blankitt Privacy sends your tenant's DPOs one summary email covering the last day and the days ahead:

• New requests received.
• Overdue requests, if any.
• Requests due in the next 3 days.
• Open appeals awaiting a decision.
• Packages awaiting sign-off.
• Unread messages from requesters.
• The 5 most urgent requests, by deadline, with their references.

If there are no DPO-role members yet, the digest goes to your privacy analysts instead, so it's never sent to nobody.

The point of it

The digest is designed so that on a quiet day you can run your privacy desk from one email: glance, see zeros, move on. On a busy day it's your triage list, in deadline order, before you've opened the console.

Alongside the digest

The digest isn't the only safety net. Requests are individually flagged as they approach their deadline (7 days out, 3 days out, overdue), and task owners get their own nudges when a collection task is due soon or late. The digest is the summary; the nudges chase the specifics.
