Welcome to Blankitt Marketing
Blankitt Marketing is your growth console — a single place to capture leads, send email and social campaigns, and see what's working. Everything is built around three ideas:
- Audience — who you want to reach (contacts and segments)
- Engage — how you reach them (campaigns, sequences, social posts)
- Measure — what happened (analytics)
You'll see those three groups in the sidebar.
What to set up first
If this is your first time, do these four things in order:
- Set your sending identity — Settings → tell us the "From" name, "From" address, and "Reply-to" you want emails to come from. Without this, you can't send.
- Add your consent footer — Settings → the short line of legal copy that goes on every marketing email. We'll always add an unsubscribe link below it.
- Set your brand voice — Settings → a short paragraph describing how your brand sounds. This guides the AI when it adapts a campaign brief into email and X copy.
- Add some contacts — Audience → Contacts → either add one by hand, or paste a CSV / JSON list of up to a few thousand at a time.
After that you're ready to send your first campaign. See the Sending your first campaign article in this Help Centre.
Where things live
- Dashboard — at-a-glance totals, lead score breakdown, status mix.
- Audience → Contacts — the master list of people you can email.
- Audience → Audiences — saved segments you can target.
- Audience → Forms — inline embeds and popups for lead capture on your site.
- Audience → Landing pages — hosted, branded pages you can link to from campaigns.
- Engage → Campaigns — one-off sends across email and X.
- Engage → Sequences — automated multi-step email drips.
- Engage → Journeys — visual automations that branch on what each contact does.
- Engage → Templates — saved email blocks you re-use.
- Engage → Social — connect X and schedule posts.
- Measure → Analytics — every campaign and sequence's performance.
Getting help
You're reading the Help Centre now. We also have a chat assistant — open it via the chat bubble in the bottom-right of any page. It searches every article and can hand you off to a human if it can't help.
