What it does

Every UK private company must keep three statutory registers and produce them on demand for inspection. Blankitt generates each as a downloadable PDF directly from the data in your Company section:

PDFStatuteWhat it shows
Register of MembersCA2006 s113Shareholders past and present with their holdings
Register of DirectorsCA2006 s162Directors with statutory disclosure fields
PSC RegisterCA2006 s790A-790ZGPeople with Significant Control

Each PDF includes a preamble citing the relevant CA2006 section, so the document reads as the actual statutory register rather than a generic export.

How to download

Each register page has a Register button at the top:

  1. Go to Company → Shareholders (for s113), or Directors (for s162), or PSC Register (for s790)
  2. Click the Register button next to the page's primary action
  3. The PDF downloads to your computer

By default the PDF shows only active entries — current shareholders / directors / PSCs. To get the full historical view with ceased / resigned entries included, add ?include_ceased=1 (Shareholders / PSC) or ?include_resigned=1 (Directors) to the URL. UI controls for this land in a follow-up.

Tips

  • The PDF is generated on demand — it always reflects the latest data, so you don't need to "publish" or "lock" a version. Just download a fresh copy whenever you need one.
  • Filename includes today's date (e.g. register-of-members-2026-05-19.pdf) so you can keep an audit trail of every export.
  • For Companies House confirmation statements (CS01), you'll currently need to file separately — direct CH eFiling lands in Phase 4 of the cap-table roadmap.
  • Each PDF is self-contained — no Blankitt-specific links or branding inside the document. You can email it to lawyers, accountants, or auditors and they'll have everything they need.
