What's an approval SLA?

A target time-to-decision in hours, used for inbox sort order and overdue badges. Defaults to 24h per policy.

A target time-to-decision in hours, set per approval policy. When an approval is raised, due_at is computed as raised_at + SLA hours. The Inbox shows a coloured badge against each request — green when fresh, amber as the deadline approaches, red once due_at has passed — so approvers can see at a glance what's urgent. Default is 24 hours, configurable per policy. Overdue approvals don't auto-escalate to a backup approver yet — that's a V2 feature. For now they stay in the original approver's inbox with the red overdue badge until decided or reassigned via delegation.
