Can I delegate my approvals when I'm out?
Yes — route pending and future approvals to another user for a fixed date window via Settings → Approval delegation.

Yes — open Settings → Approval delegation → New delegation. Pick the user you're delegating to (they must have an equal-or-higher approval role — you can't delegate up), set the active dates (from/until, inclusive). During the window, any approval that would route to you routes to the delegate instead. SLA timers continue ticking against the original due_at — delegation doesn't reset the clock. The audit trail records the request as raised against you and resolved by the delegate, with their user_id captured on the resolution. Overlapping delegations aren't allowed; end the current one before starting a new one.
