Will Blankitt file directly with Companies House?
Cap table FAQ: will Blankitt file directly with Companies House?

Short answer
Not yet. Direct filing with Companies House for SH01 / AP01 / TM01 / PSC02 / CS01 forms is on the Phase 4 roadmap. The current scope (Phase 3) is maintaining the private statutory registers + downloadable PDFs.
What this means
For now, when you record an event in Blankitt — issuing shares, appointing a director, adding a PSC — you still need to file the corresponding form at Companies House separately. Blankitt won't do it automatically.
What Blankitt does today
- Pre-populates the Companies House Public Data API lookup when you onboard (officers list + PSC list + share-capital snapshot from your most recent confirmation statement)
- Generates the statutory register PDFs (s113, s162, s790) on demand
- Maintains the audit log of who changed what and when — useful when filing forms after the fact
What's coming in Phase 4
- Direct eFiling of SH01 (return of allotment) after each issuance
- Direct eFiling of AP01 / AP02 / AP03 (director appointments) after each appointment
- Direct eFiling of TM01 / TM02 (terminations) after each resignation
- Direct eFiling of PSC02 / PSC04 / PSC07 (PSC changes) after each PSC update
- Direct eFiling of CS01 (confirmation statement) on schedule
We're building this as a Presenter with Companies House — filings are free per-form. The plan is to register so you don't need a Presenter ID yourself.
