Managing Your Subscription

Viewing your current plan

Navigate to Billing in the sidebar. The page shows your active plan tier, billing cycle, and current usage.

Trial period

Every new tenant starts with a 30-day free trial that includes all features across every plan tier. During the trial you'll see an Add Payment Method button at the top of the Billing page. Adding a payment method before the trial ends ensures uninterrupted service.

Usage tracking

The Billing page displays your current usage against your plan limits:

• Sources — how many Logpush sources you've created vs your plan allowance
• Certificate domains — how many domains are monitored for SSL/TLS vs your plan allowance

Usage bars turn amber at 80% and red at 100%.

All plans include the full detector stack, email alerts, webhook alerts, plain-English AI summaries, the Probes surfaces, and forensic discovery windows.

One-click apply is the Guided Response enforce half: applying and rolling back drafted eCDN rules directly from Edge (Applying and Rolling Back Protections). It requires Growth or higher. On every plan you still see the drafted rule and can apply it yourself in Business Manager; the gating only affects the one-click path.

Managing your subscription

Click the Manage Subscription button to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can:

• Update or change your payment method
• View and download past invoices
• Upgrade or downgrade your plan tier
• Cancel your subscription

All billing changes take effect immediately. Downgrades are prorated to the end of the current billing cycle.
