Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your DMARC plan

Step-by-step guide to changing your Blankitt DMARC tier — and what to check before downgrading or cancelling so you don't lose domains or report history.

You manage your subscription from within the DMARC app, while payment details and invoices live in the Blankitt Portal.

Change your plan

  1. Open the DMARC app at https://dmarc.blankitt.com.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Find the Plan section. It shows your current tier.
  4. Choose upgrade, downgrade or cancel as required and follow the prompts.

Upgrading

Upgrading immediately raises both of the things tiers control: your domain allowance and your report retention ceiling. For example, moving Starter -> Pro takes you from 5 domains / 6-month retention to 25 domains / 12-month retention. Since there is no feature gating, you are only buying more domains and longer history — every feature was already available.

Before you downgrade — check two things

Downgrading lowers your domain allowance and your retention ceiling, so check both first:

  • Domains: make sure the number of domains you currently monitor fits within the lower tier (for example, Pro -> Starter must leave you at 5 domains or fewer). Remove any domains you no longer need on the Domains page first.
  • Retention: the lower tier has a shorter retention ceiling. Your configured retention is clamped to your tier's ceiling, so older reports beyond the new ceiling will fall out of range. If you need that history, export or review it before downgrading. See Data retention and the tier ceiling.

If you bought Extra domains add-ons, review whether you still need them after downgrading.

Cancelling

Cancelling takes you off your paid plan. Plan to be within the Free limits afterwards (1 domain, 30-day retention). Reduce your monitored domains on the Domains page beforehand so nothing is left in an over-limit state.

Billing, invoices and payment method

Plan selection happens in DMARC Settings, but anything to do with money — invoices, receipts, updating your card — lives in the Portal at https://portal.blankitt.com/billing.
