How-to
Add your first domain
How to add the domain you want to monitor on the Domains page, and what happens next.
Your first task in Blankitt DMARC is to add the domain you want to monitor. This is the domain that appears after the @ in your email addresses, for example yourcompany.com.
Before you start
You sign in to Blankitt DMARC at https://dmarc.blankitt.com using your Blankitt Portal account (single sign-on). If you can't sign in, user accounts, passwords and 2FA are managed in the Portal at https://portal.blankitt.com — not in the DMARC app.
Add the domain
- Open Domains from the navigation.
- Select Add domain.
- Enter your domain name (for example
yourcompany.com). Enter the bare domain, withouthttps://,www.or any path. - Confirm to add it.
The domain now appears in your Domains list and Blankitt begins checking its live DNS records (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS and TLSRPT).
What happens next
Adding a domain on its own does not start data flowing — DMARC reports only arrive once you tell mailbox providers where to send them. Your next step is to get aggregate reports in, either by publishing your Blankitt ingest address in DNS (recommended) or by connecting a mailbox. See Find your ingest address and publish your _dmarc record.
Open the domain to see its detail page, which includes:
- A compliance grade (A–F) and a 6-dimension Compliance Scorecard (0–100).
- The Policy Progression Wizard (Monitor → Quarantine → Reject) with checklists.
- A source-IP breakdown with alignment percentages.
- SPF flattening and drift detection, DKIM selector management, and your live DNS records.
These will populate with detail as reports come in.
How many domains can I add?
The number of domains you can monitor depends on your plan:
| Plan | Domains included |
|---|---|
| Free | 1 |
| Starter | 5 |
| Pro | 25 |
| Business | 100 |
On paid tiers you can also add Extra domains for £4/mo each. Manage your plan and add-ons in Settings. To remove a domain, return to Domains and remove it there. Domain add/remove actions are recorded in the Activity log.
