Where account, billing and user management live

A clear map of what you do in the DMARC app versus the Blankitt Portal — plan selection and settings in DMARC, but users, password, 2FA, invoices and payment in the Portal.

Blankitt DMARC uses single sign-on via the Blankitt Portal. That means some things are managed inside the DMARC app and others live in the Portal. Here is the split.

In the DMARC app (https://dmarc.blankitt.com -> Settings)

  • Plan — view, upgrade, downgrade or cancel your tier.
  • Extra domains — add the £4/mo per-domain add-on (paid tiers).
  • Organisation rename.
  • Data retention — set how long reports are kept (capped to your tier's ceiling).
  • Inbound ingest address — your unique <token>@rua.blankitt.com address.
  • Mailbox sync and the sync-schedule selector.
  • Vendor pattern overrides — custom CIDR/domain mappings, with CSV import / export / reset.
  • Preferences — theme (light/dark/system) and default time period (7/30/90 days).
  • Account & team links — shortcuts that take you to the Portal for the items below.

In the Blankitt Portal (https://portal.blankitt.com)

  • User management — add, remove and manage who can access your account.
  • Account security — password, 2FA / TOTP and backup codes.

Billing (https://portal.blankitt.com/billing)

  • Invoices and receipts.
  • Payment method (your card).
  • Full billing history.

Why the split? Plan selection sits with the product so it can apply your domain and retention limits directly, while identity (users, password, 2FA) and money (invoices, payment) are centralised in the Portal across all your Blankitt products.
