Honest comparison

Blankitt DMARC vs EasyDMARC

EasyDMARC is the best-known SMB DMARC brand — polished, popular and a genuinely good product. Blankitt is the UK-built alternative for organisations that care about data residency, want an on-prem option, and would rather not pay extra for features they expected to be included. Here is the fair version of the choice.

Pricing on both sides moves — figures here are accurate as of mid-2026; always check current pricing before you decide.

Where EasyDMARC is a great choice

We're not going to pretend otherwise: EasyDMARC has earned its reputation. It is the best-known DMARC brand among small and mid-sized businesses, and there are good reasons to pick it.

  • A polished, well-regarded interface that is genuinely pleasant to use.
  • A large library of templates, vendor guides and educational content.
  • Strong brand recognition — if a colleague or partner already knows a DMARC tool, it is often this one.
  • A mature, established product with a track record behind it.

If US-SaaS hosting is fine for your organisation and brand familiarity is what you value most, EasyDMARC is a perfectly sensible pick. The questions below are where the two diverge.

Where Blankitt fits

Blankitt leans into the things a US-SaaS-only product structurally can't offer — and removes the per-feature upsell entirely.

UK/EU data residency

DMARC failure (RUF) reports can carry personal data, so where they are processed matters under GDPR and against US CLOUD Act exposure. Blankitt processes your reports in the UK/EU on Cloudflare's network — not a US-only SaaS.

A real self-host option

If your data can't leave your walls, run Blankitt DMARC on your own infrastructure with Docker — air-gapped friendly, unlimited domains. EasyDMARC is SaaS only.

Every feature on every tier

SSO, forensic/RUF, full API access and mailbox sync are included on every plan, including Free. We gate only on domain count and a retention ladder — never on capability.

A sensible multi-domain middle

Five domains on Starter, 25 on Pro, 100 on Business, with extra domains at +£4/domain/mo. No jump straight to a sales call when your estate grows.

Guided, plain-English enforcement

A guided path from p=none through quarantine to reject, with a policy simulator so you reach safe enforcement before mailbox providers reject your mail — without breaking legitimate sending.

Part of the Blankitt suite

Run Blankitt's IT, Finance, HR or GRC tools too and DMARC sits behind the same login and the same bill.

Why this decision matters now

Whichever tool you choose, the deadlines have already passed. Google and Yahoo have required SPF, DKIM and DMARC from bulk senders since February 2024, and Gmail escalated to permanent rejection of non-compliant mail in November 2025. Microsoft began junk-routing high-volume senders from May 2025 and is now actively enforcing hard rejection. Apple iCloud treats p=none as a negative signal. PCI DSS 4.0 has mandated DMARC for entities handling card data since March 2025.

For UK organisations there is one more change: NCSC's free Mail Check service was fully retired on 31 March 2026, with its DMARC aggregate reporting pulled even earlier. Public-sector bodies and their suppliers have already lost their free government DMARC reporting — and need a replacement. Blankitt is the UK-built replacement.

The point of either tool is the same: get your domain to safe enforcement so mailbox providers trust it. Blankitt monitors your email authentication and gives you a guided path to get there — we don't guarantee inbox placement, but we do get your domain to a policy the big providers respect.

Frequently asked questions

Can I migrate from EasyDMARC to Blankitt?

Yes. DMARC reporting is configured in your DNS, so migrating is mostly a DNS change — publish the DMARC record Blankitt gives you (or point your rua address at your Blankitt report address), or connect a Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace mailbox. Reports start flowing to Blankitt with no change to how your mail is actually sent. You can run both side by side during the cut-over.

Is Blankitt cheaper than EasyDMARC?

We don't sell on a price war — pricing on both sides moves, so check current rates. The honest difference is value and data residency: Blankitt puts every feature (SSO, forensic/RUF, API, mailbox sync) on every tier and processes your data in the UK/EU with an on-prem option, where EasyDMARC reserves some capabilities for higher plans and is US-SaaS only. Compare what's included and where your data lives, not just the headline number.

Why does data residency matter for DMARC?

DMARC aggregate reports describe who is sending as your domains, and forensic (RUF) reports can include message-level metadata — which can be personal data under GDPR. For UK and EU organisations, where that data is processed and stored is a real consideration, including US CLOUD Act exposure. Blankitt processes reports in the UK/EU, with a self-host option if data can't leave your infrastructure at all.

Is EasyDMARC a good product?

Yes — EasyDMARC is the best-known SMB DMARC brand for good reason: a polished interface, a large template and education library, and strong brand recognition. If those matter most to you and US-SaaS hosting is fine, it's a sensible choice. Blankitt is the better fit when UK/EU residency, an on-prem option, no feature gates, or a single suite bill are the priority.

How do I know which one I need without committing?

Run a free DMARC check on your domain at blankitt.com/dmarc/check — no account required — to see your current SPF, DKIM and DMARC status. Then start free monitoring on Blankitt's 1-domain free tier and decide from real data.

Compare from your own data

Run a free check to see where your domain stands, then start free monitoring — 1 domain, every feature, no card required. Migrating from EasyDMARC is mostly a DNS change.
